Project Coordinator


We are looking for a Project Coordinator.  Knowledge and experience in construction project scheduling and/or dispatching is preferred. 

Essential Functions:
        

        Coordinate inspection and material testing projects. 

        Coordination involves contacting & scheduling inspectors, scheduling material pick-up, and staying in contact with customer reps (project            managers, superintendents, general contractors) to ensure all project requirements are met. 

        ​Act as a primary referral point/support for questions concerning projects.

        Attend and participate in company meetings.

​        Monitor project performance and ensure the project control system is properly implemented.

        Ensure project documentation is thorough and accurate.



Essential Qualifications:

        Previous scheduling experience (preferably in construction)/able to read construction schedules and schedule reports.

        Able to problem-solve, prioritize, and multi-task items in a dynamic environment.

        Must be detail-oriented and comfortable working in an environment with constantly changing deadlines.

        Self-starter, requiring minimal supervision.

        Good verbal and written communication skills, along with exceptional interpersonal skills.

        Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Outlook), ACT, and photo management software.
